Instruction for purchase of additional resources to help guide your learning. Most of these will be low cost items (ex. A $15 book, a $9 audio file, etc.). Depending on your interest and focus, it could potentially involve slightly more expensive training modules (ex. Learning a qigong method online for approx $100 dollars) (optional)
